These terms govern your use of our online store.

1. Products

Hand-knotted carpets are one of a kind, and colours on screen may differ slightly from the real carpet. When two customers order the same piece, the order confirmed first has priority.

2. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order depending on stock.

3. Prohibited use

Unauthorised access, false registration data, bulk buying for resale and any other use we judge inappropriate are prohibited.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
