Returns (change of mind)

Tell us within 7 days of arrival. Returns are accepted only if the carpet is unused, clean and free of odour. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will exchange or refund at our expense.

Cancellation

You can cancel before the carpet is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

We refund by bank transfer to the account you specify (we pay the transfer fee).
